Acts 16:25-26 (GNB) About midnight Paul and Silas were praying and singing hymns to God, and the other prisoners were listening… Suddenly there was a violent earthquake, which shook the prison … At once all the doors opened, and the chains fell off all the prisoners.
Isaiah 60:2-3 (GNB) Other nations will be covered by darkness, but on you the light of the Lord will shine; The brightness of his presence will be with you. Nations will be drawn to your light, and kings to the dawning of your new day.
The hope of so many lives are tied to your victory and manifestation of God’s glory that is in yo8u. IN the Good News Bible, Genesis 41:56-57 says, “The famine grew worse and spread over the whole country, … People came to Egypt from all over the world to buy grain form Joseph, because the famine was severe everywhere.” I see God doing the same through your life. Sometimes, when we read our first text above, we forget the fact that the power of God that manifested as Paul and Silas sang unto God led to the freedom of every other prisoner in that prison that night. You will touch and bless the lives of so many people that you do not even know or are unaware of.
There are certain uncomfortable processes that God may allow you to go through just to prepare and position you to be a blessing and source of strength and hope to others. In Genesis 50:20 (GNB), Joseph said to his brothers, “You plotted evil against me, but God turned it into good, in order to preserve the lives of many people who are alive today because of what happened.” Many times, beyond our immediate comfort, God is positioning us to fulfil a higher calling and purpose on the earth. This is another reason why you cannot lose hope or give up in any way. God has confidence in you. The world is in need of the life of Christ and the potential and abilities that God has loaded within you. You will lend to many nations, Deut. 28:12. There are many rivers of living waters that will flow out form you to satisfy the thirsts and desires of many nations.
Prayer:
Position and use me, Dear Lord, to give hope and strength to many nations as I manifest Your power and glory that is in me.
