Romans 8:35-37 Who shall separate us from the love of Christ? Shall tribulation, or distress, or persecution, or famine, or nakedness, or peril, or sword? As it is written, for thy sake we are killed all the day long; we are accounted as sheep for the slaughter. Nay, in all these things we are more than conquerors through him that loved us.
How certain are you of God’s relentless love for you? Do you realize that your deep and personal revelation of the amazing love God has for you has the capacity to successfully pull you through whatever you may be going through and cause you to overcome whatever you maybe facing? John 17 outlines the prayer that Jesus prayed just before He was betrayed and crucified. In the last four verses of John 17, Jesus repeatedly referred to God the Father’s love for Him and how this love is the same love that God the Father has for us. Allow this truth to fill your heart today. One reason the Apostles and early disciples of Jesus performed the king of exploits that they did was because they knew and believed the awesome love that God had for them, 1 John 4:16. If you want to be strong and do exploits in the rest of this year, you need to be so certain of God’s love that no person or condition will be able to separate you from that love.
Jude 1:21 implores us to keep ourselves I the love of God. Isaiah 54:5 confirms that your maker is your husband. Romans 5:5 tells us that the Holy Spirit spreads the love of God in our hearts. God’s love for you is so immeasurable that you cannot know or understand it on your own. It is beyond human comprehension. Ephesians 3:16-19 shows us that the love God has for us is so wide, so deep, so long and so high that we actually need the strength and might of the Holy Spirit to understand its various depths and dimensions. Verse 19 says that knowing the love of Christ fills us with all the fullness of God. As you increase in your consciousness of God’s overwhelming love for you, you will walk in more of God’s fullness.
