Isaiah 26:3

You will keep him in perfect peace, whose mind is stayed on You, because he trusts in You.

Jesus didn’t die on the Cross so He could condemn us. He came to save us and grant us the peace that surpasses understanding as we navigate life’s roads to the inexplicable splendors of heaven. The half of what we will see upon our much-anticipated arrival has not even entered our minds. But until that day when we meet our Savior face-to-face, we must continue to stay the course.

We were never promised a primrose path on this earth. We were, however, promised that in Him we could find peace. If we will seek Him, Jesus will carry our burdens no matter how great our load and make a way where none seems to be. He knows our end from the beginning.

What do you need to trust Him with today? Take it to the foot of the Cross and leave it there. Don’t carry part of the problem back home with you. Leave the entire burden with God, knowing that He will not only meet your need but give you sweet rest in the valley.

Blessing:

May the Lord bless you and keep you. May the Lord make His face to shine upon you and be gracious unto you and give you His peace. May you feel the love of God and learn to live within His limitless love for you. May you come to know and understand that God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son, so that your life could be one of perpetual peace and joy that is unspeakable and full of glory. Amen and amen!
