Genesis 39:1-3 And Joseph was brought down to Egypt; and Potiphar, an officer of Pharaoh, captain of the guard, an Egyptian, bought him of the hands of the Ishmaelites, which had brought him down thither. And the Lord was with Joseph, and he was a prosperous man; and he was in the house of his master the Egyptian. And his master saw that the Lord was with him, and that the Lord made all that he did to prosper in his hand.
In the same way the weapons of our warfare are not carnal (2 Cor. 10:4), the source of your blessing is also not carnal. It is spiritual and it is in you. You carry it with you everywhere that you go. God has blessed and endowed you with all spiritual blessings in Heavenly places in Christ Jesus, Eph. 1:3. Every blessing you need to be prosperous in every area of your life has been divinely poured out and lavished on you in Christ. Joseph’s brothers stole his coat of many colours (Gen. 37:23), but that did not stop his life form being colourful and beautiful. Like the lilies of the valley, Joseph continued to prosper because the presence and blessing of God was with him.
The blessing of God is the anointing to prosper. It is the anointing to flourish, to be victorious and to overcome regardless of the circumstances. It is the anointing that makes you above only, no matter what is happening or not happening around you. By the anointing of God, you make things happen. You determine the atmosphere of every environment you enter. You are fruitful, you multiply, you succeed and dominate by God’s power and life that is on the inside of you. Situations that are supposed to break you and render you weak end up making you stronger and better. Because of the blessing of God that is in you, you cannot be disadvantaged. You will be favoured. All things will work together for your good. You will remain above only.
Prayer Focus:
Thank God for blessing you with all spiritual blessing in Christ Jesus. Declare that you prosper by God’s blessing.
