THE POWER OF THE BLOOD

“And the blood shall be to you for a token upon the houses where you are: and when I see the blood, I will pass over you, and the plague shall not be upon you to destroy you, when I smite the land of Egypt.” (Exodus 12:13 KJV)

According to the scriptures, we are redeemed by the blood (Ephesians 1:7). It was the blood that had the power to stop the Israelites from partaking in the plague of death. When the blood was put on the doorpost, the angel of death backed-off. When he saw the blood he could not proceed a step further. That was what happened to the children of Israel when the angel of death was going all over the place to deal with the Egyptians. When the angel of death came to the doors to the homes of the children of Israel, and saw the blood on their doorposts and lintels, he said these ones are untouchable.

There is a “touch not” over your finance because of the blood. There is a “touch not” over your family. The blood will not suffer the destroyer to come into your house. In the Old Testament, they had to do it physically, they had to see something. But because we are the children of the Spirit, we do not have to see it physically.

You are marked with the blood. God has marked you. And because you are marked, you are dangerous. You are a no-go area to the devil. When God marked you, He said to satan, don’t touch this one. This one belongs to me.
