LIVE SUPERNATURALLY

“Then answered Jesus and said unto them, Verily, verily, I say unto you, The Son can do nothing of himself, but what he seeth the Father do: for what things soever he doeth, these also doeth the Son likewise.” (John‬ 5:19 KJV)

You see, anyone who is going to enjoy exceeding abundant grace must learn to live supernaturally. The supernatural must become the natural habitat of the believer. It is no longer optional, but an absolute necessity.

Our text explains to us how Jesus functioned while He was on earth. Everything He did, was what He saw the Father do. So, we understand how He was able to produce the kind of results He produced. Beloved, if you are going to do greater works today, then you must live from the mouth of the Father. The supernatural life is a life lived directly from the lips of Jehovah. It is a life that is based on the Word of God. It is not a life based on circumstances and the environment, but on what God says.

This is not the day to live just based on the news, and and what the experts are saying. Yes, it is good to be informed. But don’t let information trump the revelation which comes from the Word of God. The Word of God must be the final authority in your life.

The scriptures emphasize the strategic importance of the Word of God. “Whereby are given unto us exceeding great and precious promises: that by these ye might be partakers of the divine nature, having escaped the corruption that is in the world through lust.” (2 Peter 1:4 KJV) This scripture makes it very clear that it is only the Word of God that can put you above corruption that is in the world, and also enable you enjoy His divine nature.

Child of God, make up your mind to live your life based on the Word of God. Shun all distractions and get into the Word of God. As you do so, you will experience His grace in all areas of your life.

DAILY CONFESSION

I know that all things work together for my good because I love God, and because I am called according to His purpose. In everything I give thanks: for this is the will of God in Christ Jesus concerning me. The Lord has assured me that He will never leave me nor forsake me, so I can boldly say, The Lord is my helper; and I will not fear what man shall do unto me. (Rom. 8:28; 1 Thess. 5:18, Hebrews 13:5-6)

I no longer live under the curse of poverty. The windows of Heaven are open to me, and God rebukes the devourer for my sake. The Lord has commanded me to be blessed; therefore, I am blessed and cannot be cursed. I am the head and not the tail. I am above only and not beneath. I will lend to many and not borrow (Mal. 3:8-12, Gal. 3:13-14, Deut. 28:3-14, Prov. 10:6)

Every day and in every way I am getting better: spiritually, physically, financially, mentally, morally, and in all my endeavours.

I am called for a purpose; I will fulfill this purpose and I will arrive at God’s ordained destiny for my life. Nothing will cut me short. I will make a formidable impact in my world for the Kingdom. Therefore, I declare that I am a person of integrity, I am spiritually fervent, I am accountable in all I do because I’ve been raised to live the Kingdom Life here on earth.

It is my day of Rest!
