SERVE GOD WITH LOVE AND PREACH THE GOSPEL

MATTHEW 25:35-36 & 40 (CEV), ROMANS 1:9 (GNB) ..I was hungry, you gave me …to eat,..I was thirsty, you gave me …to drink. ..I was a stranger, you welcomed me,..I was naked, you gave me clothes to wear. ..I was sick, you took care of me,..I was in jail, you visited me.” *…”Whenever you did it for any of my people, no matter how unimportant they seemed, you did it for me.” *…the God whom I serve with all my heart by preaching the Good News about his Son…

Loving people and preaching of the Gospel of Christ are two major things we must always be willing to do in our service unto God. The truth is, the more you understand the Gospel of Christ, the great love of God and all that God has done for us through Christ, you will be transformed and you will become more passionate about loving people and sharing the Gospel with others. You will not be able to keep God’s love or the Gospel of Christ to yourself. To understand the Gospel of Christ more, you must focus on Christ more as you study God’s word.

As God so loved the world that He gave, we must love God so much that we show His love and give to people around us, especially to fellow believers. We are God’s heart to love people and we are hands to touch, heal and bless people. Everything you do especially for a fellow believer, you are doing it unto Christ. You must therefore be deliberate about seeing every believer supernaturally. See every believer as Christ and treat them as Christ.

As a believer in Christ, the passion for preaching the Gospel of Christ and loving people must continue to increase and grow in your life. It must influence everything you do. Doing these two things, will make your life bring so much joy to God’s heart.

PRAYER:

FATHER, I DESIRE TO GROW IN MY FOCUS ON CHRIST AND I DESIRE AN INCREASE IN MY PASSION FOR LOVING PEOPLE AND PREACHING THE GOSPEL.
