HOW TO FOCUS ON CHRIST FOR THE SUPERNATURAL (2)

2Corinthians 3:18 (AMPC), John 14:12

And all of us, as with unveiled face, [because we] continued to behold [in the Word of God] as in a mirror the glory of the Lord, are constantly being transfigured into His very own image in ever increasing splendor and from one degree of glory to another; [for this comes] from the Lord [Who is] the Spirit.…He that believeth on me, the works that I do shall he do also; and greater works ….

Another way to focus on Christ to experience and manifest the supernatural, is by seeing the life of Christ as our pattern.

The Bible says, “For those God foreknew he also predestined to be conformed to the image of his Son, that he might be the firstborn among many brothers and sisters.” Rom. 8:29 (NIV). As our firstborn/elder brother, Jesus is an example or pattern for us. We are just like Him, so we can function like Him to experience and manifest the supernatural. God’s plan for our lives is that our lives will conform (align/agree) with the life of Christ.

God has put us into Christ. Now we need to see ourselves in Christ. Study the scriptures to understand who God has made you in Christ and change the way you see yourself, (2Cor.5:16). For example, Ephesians 2:10 (AMPC) shows us that we are God’s workmanship ‘recreated in Christ’ to do good works which God has plan before hand for us to do. Always see yourself in Christ and not in Adam. Discover what the scriptures say you are, you have, you can do, and where you are, now that you are in Christ. Also, it is good to rejoice about the things you see Jesus doing in the gospels (Matthe, Mark, Luke and John), but don’t stop there. See yourself in Him, doing the same things He is doing.

Faith Declaration:
I am in Christ and not in Adam. Therefore, I can live and function like Christ. Christ is my pattern
