YOU ARE A JOINT HEIR WITH CHRIST

ROMANS 8:16-17 (AMPC), EPHESIANS 2:6 The Spirit Himself [thus] testifies together with our own spirit, [assuring us] that we are children of God. And if we are [His] children, then we are [His] heirs also: heirs of God and fellow heirs with Christ [sharing His inheritance with Him]; only we must share His suffering if we are to share His glory.*And hath raised us up together, and made us sit together in heavenly places in Christ Jesus:

You are not just a child of God and a member of His family (1 John 3:1), God has given you the very same life that is in His Son Jesus and He has given you the same position Jesus has in His family. Right now, you are a joint heir with Jesus and you have a right to everything Jesus has a right to.

This is why Jesus sent you into the world just as the Father sent Him, (John 20:21) and He said you will do the works He did and even greater works, (John 14:12). This is why Jesus has given you His authority and He wants you to pray and do all you do in His authority, (John 16:26-27, Col.3:17). God the Father loves you the same He loves Jesus and He wants you to expect Him to respond to you the very same way He would respond to Jesus, (John 17:23). He has made available every resource you will need to fulfill your assignment on earth, just like He did for Jesus.

Just as Jesus told Peter to join Him to walk on water (Matt.14:28-29), He is inviting you to experience and manifest the glory, power and blessings of God just like He does. As a joint heir with Jesus, you have a right to all the power, riches, wisdom, strength, honour, glory and blessing that Jesus received after He was slain, (Rev.5:12).

PRAYER:

FATHER, I THANK YOU FOR MAKING ME A JOINT HEIR WITH CHRIST. THANK YOU FOR MAKING ME SHARE IN ALL THAT JESUS HAS.
