DECEMBER 3

“Jesus said unto her, I am the resurrection, and the life: he that believeth in me, though he were dead, yet shall he live: And whosoever liveth and believeth in me shall never die. Believest thou this?”(John 11:25, 26).

Jesus challenged her to believe God’s promise of eternal life. We are likewise challenged to believe what we can’t see with our physical eyes. When we walk through a cemetery and view headstone after headstone to find the one that belongs to our loved one, we can remember that Jesus has conquered death on our behalf.
