TOPIC: Accessing The Blessing By The Word (Seeds Of Destiny 10 February 2025)

SCRIPTURE: And all these blessings shall come on thee, and overtake thee, if thou shalt hearken unto the voice of the Lord thy God. – Deuteronomy 28:2

THOUGHT FOR THE DAY: No one can escape the Blessing of God if they diligently obey His Word.

Seeds Of Destiny For Today 2024 MESSAGE:

Walking in the light of God’s Word has been confirmed as a wisdom pathway to accessing the Blessing of God. 1 Kings 3:3 says: And Solomon loved the Lord, walking in the statutes of David his father: only he sacrificed and burnt incense in high places. From this Scripture, we see that Solomon not only loved the Lord but also walked in the statutes of David, his father. Walking in the statutes of David is synonymous with walking in the light—it is living according to the revelation of the Word of God. The Word of God is a pathway to the Blessing. When the Word of God guides your steps, it directs you into the Blessing of God. Deuteronomy 28:1-2 says: And it shall come to pass, if thou shalt hearken diligently unto the voice of the Lord thy God, to observe and to do all his commandments which I command thee this day, that the Lord thy God will set thee on high above all nations of the earth: And all these blessings shall come on thee, and overtake thee, if thou shalt hearken unto the voice of the Lord thy God.

This makes it clear that no one can escape the Blessing of God if they diligently obey His Word. The Word of God is a blessing depot. Obedience to the Word activates and releases God’s blessings into your life. Revelation 1:3 further emphasizes that: Blessed is he that readeth, and they that hear the words of this prophecy, and keep those things which are written therein: for the time is at hand. Take note of the phrase: “Blessed is he that readeth.” This affirms that the Word of God contains inherent blessing. Connection with the Word is connection with the Blessing of God. Beloved, I counsel you to make it your goal to study and obey the Word of God consistently. Allow God’s Word to guide your life, and the Blessing of God will become your portion.

Remember this: No one can escape the Blessing of God if they diligently obey His Word.

ASSIGNMENT:

Be diligent in studying the Word.
Practice the Word to access the Blessing.

PRAYER: Father, I receive the grace to give myself to the study of the Word. Help me to put Your Word to practice, Lord, in Jesus’ Name.
