SCRIPTURE: For I am now ready to be offered, and the time of my departure is at hand. I have fought a good fight, I have finished my course, I have kept the faith: Henceforth there is laid up for me a crown of righteousness, which the Lord, the righteous judge, shall give me at that day: and not to me only, but unto all them also that love his appearing. 2 Timothy 4:6-8.

THOUGHT FOR THE DAY: The most important thing in life is that when the day breaks, start running to fulfil God’s Purpose for your life.

Seeds Of Destiny For Today 2024 MESSAGE:

It has been established that God has instructions for His People in every season of their life. As a country, we are in a very challenging season, but there is a timely Word of God for this season. And so, in a season such as this, what is God saying to us?

1. Live Life to the Fullest.

Make up your mind to live to the fullest in times like this. Refuse to live partially or averagely. Live passionately. 2 Timothy 4:6-8 says, For I am now ready to be offered, and the time of my departure is at hand. I have fought a good fight, I have finished my course, I have kept the faith: Henceforth there is laid up for me a crown of righteousness, which the Lord, the righteous judge, shall give me at that day: and not to me only, but unto all them also that love his appearing.

Live fully, fervently and passionately. Live to give out all that you have got, not because you are expecting to die, but because that is how to live.

2. Be on the Run.

Maximize life’s opportunities. Maximize the time. Be on the run. Paul said, I have finished my course. Another translation said, I have finished the race. So, life is a race. Be a fast runner. Don’t mark time. Don’t procrastinate. A lion wakes up with the determination to run faster than the fastest antelope, so he doesn’t die of hunger. And the antelope wakes up with the determination to run faster than the fastest lion, so he doesn’t end in the stomach of the lion. The most important thing is not whether you are a lion or an antelope. The most important thing in life is that when the day breaks, start running to fulfil God’s Purpose for your life. Live on the run.
