FOCUS ON WHAT GOD HAS SPOKEN

“Who against hope believed in hope, that he might become the father of many nations, according to that which was spoken, So shall thy seed be.” Romans 4:18 (KJV)

The bible says that Abraham against all hope believed in hope. His physical condition was crying out foul. No way! How can it work for you! No one has ever achieved it! You can never make it. In human hope, there was no chance of him becoming a father but when its supernatural hope it is dependent on the power of God.

The bible says “Who against hope believed in hope” that he will become a father of many nations. How? According to that which was spoken. Not according to that which he was seeing in his body. It is according to what Jehovah declared. Jehovah cannot lie. If He has said it, He will do it. If he has spoken it, He will bring it to pass. If he calls a black dress white, that black dress must change to white because Jehovah can never lie.

Abraham believed in the hope that comes from God who quickens the dead and calls the things that be not as though they were. Jehovah Elohim is the one who says that this is what I will do. And when you check His resume, He has never failed. Everything He has said has always come to pass. Abraham was unmovable and unshakeable until he received what was spoken. The Bible says he was strong in faith giving glory to God. Abraham was dancing in advance because he was aware that no one will stop his dance.

Stop looking according to what you’re seeing. Start looking according to what was spoken. The hope we depend on is according to that which was spoken. That is why you can come to church with nothing, not knowing where the next meal will come from. But you keep on holding to His word and in a little while everything is turned around. I declare that God will honour your faith. Your dream shall be fulfilled.
