25 Therefore I say unto you, Take no thought for your life, what ye shall eat, or what ye shall drink; nor yet for your body, what ye shall put on. Is not the life more than meat, and the body than raiment?
26 Behold the fowls of the air: for they sow not, neither do they reap, nor gather into barns; yet your heavenly Father feedeth them. Are ye not much better than they?
27 Which of you by taking thought can add one cubit unto his stature?
28 And why take ye thought for raiment? Consider the lilies of the field, how they grow; they toil not, neither do they spin:
29 And yet I say unto you, That even Solomon in all his glory was not arrayed like one of these.
30 Wherefore, if God so clothe the grass of the field, which to day is, and to morrow is cast into the oven, shall he not much more clothe you, O ye of little faith?
31 Therefore take no thought, saying, What shall we eat? or, What shall we drink? or, Wherewithal shall we be clothed?

Mountain Top Life MESSAGE:
The issue of wholehearted trust in God can never be overemphasised, because God is ready to guide us in the right ways, give us His undeserved favour and keep His promises. In the most difficult times of our lives, we can commit our plans and situations to the Lord and trust Him to work things out for our best. Our own strength is limited, our wisdom is shallow, but He knows the best.

In our Fire Scripture, Jesus does not mean that it is wrong to plan and make provisions for future physical needs, but He is speaking against anxiety or worry that shows lack of faith in God’s care and love. The words in the Fire Scripture contain God’s promise to His children, including you the reader of this devotional. In this age of trouble and uncertainty, God has promised to provide our food, clothing and other necessities. God, according to His word, will assume full responsibility for those who are submitted entirely to His authority and purposes.
Beloved, even in warfare, David’s wholehearted trust in the Lord of Hosts, the God of the army of Israel, gave him victory over Goliath when, by all indication, he was disadvantaged (1 Samuel 17:37; 49-55)
Have you not done things your own way? Have you not relied on your own wisdom? Are you not in a position of those who think God is too slow or that God will come late? Put your whole trust in Him; see Him in action in your situation and that mountain will become plain.
Beloved, you should pray to God to give you the grace to trust Him absolutely and wholeheartedly. This kind of trust births unquestioning, prompt and complete obedience to God’s commandments. Wholehearted trust in God is also very rewarding. It is the secret of the exploits and success stories of Bible characters like Abraham, Enoch, David, Daniel, Ruth, Mary (the mother of Jesus), Sarah, Hannah, Elizabeth and the apostles. I pray that any stronghold preventing you from trusting God wholeheartedly shall collapse today, in the name of Jesus.

MORNING
- The rod of the wicked shall not fall upon my lot, in the name of Jesus.
- Thou oil of healing, come upon me now, in the name of Jesus.
- My Father, I need Your help, visit me now, in the name of Jesus.

- Holy Spirit, teach me Your ways and give me directions, in the name of Jesus.
- Holy Spirit, help me to grow in You, in the name of Jesus.
- O God, take my heart, my desires and make me stronger, in the name of Jesus.

PRAYER POINTS:
- Lord, I give You praise for delivering my soul from death and my feet from stumbling, in the name of Jesus.
- O God, I thank You because You will be my guide even to the end, in the name of Jesus.
- Every evil advice from the pit of hell meant to bring me shame in the long run, I reject you now, in the name of Jesus.
- Evil marks identifying me for evil and spiritual manipulation of demons, blood of Jesus, cancel them, in the name of Jesus.
- The unknown covenant that has chained me down to the same spot over the years, causing embarrassing situations, break by fire, in the name of Jesus.
- Planned fountain of problems of the evil ones, instituted against my life, dry up, in the name of Jesus.
- Circle of long-term problem around my life, break by fire, in the name of Jesus.
- Father, let every anti-breakthrough weapon designed against my life be scattered to pieces, in the name of Jesus.
- O Lord, deliver me from every recurring problem that has refused to let me go, in the name of Jesus.
- Father, dry up all resources of evil oppressors of my life and destiny, in the name of Jesus.
- Holy Ghost fire, scatter all evil gang-ups against my life, in the name of Jesus.
- Father, arise and bring a permanent solution to all long-term problems of my life, in the name of Jesus.
- Battle of long-term problem, assigned to waste me, be terminated now, in the name of Jesus.
- I frustrate every counsel of hell to delay my journey in this season. It shall not stand, in the name of Jesus.
NOW MAKE THESE CONFESSIONS OUT LOUD
- I totally trust in the Lord, and I am not leaning on my own understanding. I fill my heart with the words of faith; I receive and speak the words of faith, in the name of Jesus.
- The young lions do lack and suffer hunger; but I, who seek the Lord God Almighty, shall not lack any good thing, in the name of Jesus.
- God is my strong Rock and my house of defence, in the name of Jesus.
- In the name of Jesus Christ, I hand over all my battles to the Lord Jesus Christ. The Lord fights for me and I hold my peace, in the name of Jesus.
- The Lord has bowed down His righteous ears to deliver me speedily, in the name of Jesus.
- I shall eat the riches of the Gentiles, and in their glory I shall boast myself, and all shall see and shall acknowledge that I am the seed which the Lord has blessed, in the name of Jesus.
- I shall no longer be disappointed, or fail at the edge of my desired miracles, success and victory, in the name of Jesus.
