BIBLE IN ONE YEAR: Genesis 32-35

MESSAGE:

One way to be a blessing to people is by giving within your means. God has blessed you so that you can be a blessing to Him and people around you. The Bible says it is a sin if you know how to do good, yet fail to do it (James 4:17). Thus, it is a sin to hoard God’s blessings.

You can also be a blessing to people through other means such as, sharing your food with the needy, taking time to intercede for others, advocating for the less privileged, connecting poor students with prospective sponsors for their education, sharing your knowledge with the weak students around you, et cetera. When you are a blessing to others, you’re propagating the kingdom of God on earth, and this will win unbelievers to Christ after experiencing your good deeds.

Determine to be a blessing to your church, nation, company, friends family members, and community today.

REFLECTION:

Are you a blessing, or do you only like to be blessed?
