TOPIC: God’s Blank Cheque (Open Heaven for Teens, 18 February 2025)

MEMORISE: If ye shall ask any thing in my name, I will do it. John 14:14

BIBLE READING: John 15:16

16 Ye have not chosen me, but I have chosen you, and ordained you, that ye should go and bring forth fruit, and that your fruit should remain: that whatsoever ye shall ask of the Father in my name, he may give it you.

MESSAGE:

In today’s memory verse, Jesus gave His followers a blank cheque. Unfortunately, however, not all Christians have taken advantage of this blank cheque. The question is, how can you obtain and take advantage of this divine blank cheque? To have access to the divine blank cheque, you must win souls for Christ and follow them up until they are strong in the Lord. Then, you can ask God for whatever you want in His name, and He will do it for you. When you seek God’s kingdom first above all else, He will give you everything that you could need (Matthew 6:33).

I have always said that God is a playwright who has written the script of everything that is happening on the earth. In 1 Kings 3:5-14, when God gave Solomon a blank cheque, He already knew the end from the beginning. He knew that Solomon would ask for wisdom to rule God’s people, so when he did, He added riches, peace, and everything else a man could ever want. When God sees that you have a heart that is interested in the salvation of souls and the establishment of His kingdom on the earth, you will get everything you need from Him and not struggle for them.

PRAYER POINT: Seek after the kingdom of God, and all other things will be added to you.
