TOPIC: Dating The Married? [Open Heaven for Teens 19 July 2022]
MEMORISE: What therefore God hath joined together, let not man put asunder. Mark 10:9
READ: Hebrews 13:4
4 Marriage is honourable in all, and the bed undefiled: but whoremongers and adulterers God will judge.
BIBLE IN ONE YEAR: Acts 21:1-40, Psalms 28-30
MESSAGE:
Having healthy and pure relationships with members of the opposite sex is good when you’re guided by the Holy Spirit; however, dating a married man or woman is wrong! The concept of “Aristo” and “sugar daddy/mummy” embraced by the world is an abomination before God; it only invites curses on the parties involved.
Unfortunately, some young boys and girls consider this an escape route from poverty, where the older person sponsors his or her education or helps the family foot some bills, in exchange for sexual pleasure, while some others just do it for fun. This act is disdainful before God and must be discouraged among His children.
My dear child, any adult who commits adultery with a boy/girl is a destroyer of destiny. Such people protect their own children but don’t care what happens to those they sleep with. Some even use their prey to spiritually renew their age. Besides, having sex with him/her is an act of putting asunder what God has joined together. Remember, whatever you sow, you will reap. If you destroy a persons marriage today, you can never enjoy a great marriage. Be careful and repent of this act if you are guilty of it.
KEY POINT:
Don’t sell your birthright for a morsel of bread. Break all unholy relationships now.

HYMN: Just As I Am
- Just as I am, without one plea,
but that Thy blood was shed for me,
and that Thou bidst me come to Thee,
Oh Lamb of God, I come, I come. - Just as I am, and waiting not
to rid my soul of one dark blot,
to Thee, whose blood can cleanse each spot,
Oh Lamb of God, I come, I come. - Just as I am, though tossed about
with many a conflict, many a doubt,
fightings and fears within, without,
O Lamb of God, I come, I come. - Just as I am poor, wretched, blind
Sight, riches, healing of the mind
Yea, all I need, in Thee to find
Oh Lamb of God I come, - Just as I am, Thou wilt receive,
wilt welcome, pardon, cleanse, relieve;
because Thy promise I believe,
O Lamb of God, I come, I come. - Just as I am Thy love unknown
Has broken every barrier down;
Now to be Thine, yea Thine alone,
Oh Lamb of God I come, I come. - Just as I am, of that free love,
The breadth, length, depth and
height to prove,
Here for a season, then above,
Oh Lamb of God I come, I come.
