MESSAGE

A mentor is a wise and trusted counsellor or teacher who guides someone based on superior knowledge and experience. Young people need mentors in different areas of life so that they can scale roadblocks and eliminate children that when you have an excellent mentor, you can never miss the right path.

No experience is new, that is, whatever you do or experience has already been done or experienced by someone. So, for you to achieve good results, you have to adopt similar strategies to those used by people that have been successful and improve on them to get better outcomes. A prominent scientist once said, “If I have seen further, it is by standing on the shoulders of giants.”

Dear child, for you to succeed in any profession, you must learn from those who have gone ahead of you so that you can be better. However, don’t emulate wrong habits so that you will not suffer the consequences.

ACTION POINT

Pray that God should lead you to a godly mentor today.
