There is an unspeakable dimension of blessing in playing host to or accommodating the Presence of God.
SCRIPTURE: And the ark of the Lord continued in the house of Obed-edom the Gittite three months: and the Lord blessed Obed-edom, and all his household. 2 Samuel 6:11
THOUGHT FOR THE DAY: It is not possible to accommodate God and His people and remain in the curse.
There is an unspeakable dimension of blessing in playing host to or accommodating the Presence of God. It is has been scripturally confirmed that making one’s house the House of God’s Presence is a trigger for the blessing of God. That was the experience of Obed-edom in 2 Samuel 6:11-13. It is not possible to accommodate God and His people and remain in the curse.
A man testified some time ago in one of our services of how he had a demonic arrow fired into his body, and as a result, it manifested as a liver disease. It was a terrible situation. He was supposed to travel to India for treatment. They did not have enough money to handle the bill so they resorted to selling their house in order to take care of the expenses. In the midst of that, someone advised them to give their house for Dunamis Home Church and they agreed. On the first day of the fellowship in their house, their tenant who was living in the boys’ quarters began to misbehave as soon as they started singing praises. She ran to the venue of the fellowship and started confessing that she was responsible for her landlord’s affliction. That confession and revelation marked the end of the man’s affliction. The house became too hot for her when the praise in the cell fellowship started.
Beloved, when you make your house available for the Home Church, you have extended the fire altar of the main Church to your house and no witch can survive that Fire because God cannot co-exist with demons.
Remember this: It is not possible to accommodate God and His people and remain in the curse.
