*During a Global Crusade outreach in the commercial city of Lagos, Nigeria, a youth who had wandered away from his parents and had joined drug addicts attended the program and got born again under the electrifying ministration of the global evangelist. Now he lives a brand new life of peace and real fellowship with his parents, siblings, and Christian believers.*
*Many youths desire freedom from parental control. There is a great danger inherent in such freedom in this evil world. Life is not all about eating and drinking. You must also prepare for eternity. The young man in the scripture text today pictures the sinner who rejects God’s control over his life. He wandered into the waiting hands of Satan who steals, kills, and destroys.*
*However, the prodigal son resolved to return to his father when all he cherished slipped away from him. He was restored to an undeserved lavished reception. Have you gone into sin and its consequences? The God that is rich in love and mercy is waiting for your return.*
