PRINCIPLES OF PROSPERITY

MEMORY VERSE: “Through wisdom is an house builded; and by understanding it is established: And by knowledge shall the chambers be filled with all precious and pleasant things”

TEXT: PROVERBS 24:3-6

If you see prosperity as something you cannot attain, be sure that there are many young people in your class – the class of the pessimists, passionless and unambitious. However, hear what Charles Blair says, “If God’s law of prosperity is to operate in our lives, we must believe that it is God’s will for us to prosper.” There are other youths who wish they were like some millionaire ICT buffs, bankers, manufacturers, publishers, mass media chief executives, and medical doctors, yet they do nothing serious to realize the dream. In Bible times, Abraham, Isaac and Jacob were prosperous. Joseph also helped Egypt to prosper in agriculture during a- seven-year of famine. They all applied the principles of prosperity which include: wisdom, knowledge, understanding, counsel and diligence.

Friend, acquire a good education for knowledge and understanding, train to gain needed skills and ensure you seek counsels to chart the right path in life. Pray also for wisdom from God for the achievement of your objectives. Children of God can have access to His wisdom. Are you one? Through Jesus, you can be one.
