LESSON AIM: To let the children know that wisdom is a blessing.

CENTRAL TRUTH: God gives wisdom

INTRODUCTION: The book of James chapter 1 verse 5 talks about God that gives wisdom generously to anyone that lacks it and ask for it. Daniel and his friends in Babylon resolved not to defile themselves with the king’s food and wine that has been sacrificed to idols but chose to only eat vegetables. In every matter of wisdom and understanding about which the king questioned them, he found them ten times better than all the magicians and enchanters in whole kingdom.
