A Sermon Heard Throughout the Universe!

June 30, 2022

“For this reason also, God highly exalted Him, and bestowed on Him the name which is above every name, so that at the name of Jesus every knee will bow, and those who are in heaven and on earth and under the earth, and that every tongue will confess that Jesus Christ is Lord, to the glory of God the Father.” – Philippians 2:9-11

There is a message Satan and his emissaries have resisted from the foundation of the world, yet it is one they will one day “preach!” That’s right. Our Scripture states that someday every knee on heaven and earth will bow and confess that Jesus Christ is Lord! This has already started in Heaven, as archangels, cherubim, and seraphim bowed and proclaimed Jesus as Lord when He “re-entered” Heaven following His death, resurrection, and ascension.

One day, every person on earth will confess that Jesus Christ is Lord. Some may profess it with fear and trembling, while others with a shout of a “hallelujah!” The uproar will even reach Hell, where Satan and his fallen angels will be driven to their knees to proclaim – preach – “Jesus Christ is Lord!” What about you? Do believe Jesus is Lord? Then confess it – preach it – with faithful certainty this very day. They are the words leading to salvation.
