Acknowledging the Creative Power of Christ

John 1:1-3, 10 & 14 (AMP)
In the beginning [before all time] was the Word (Christ), and the Word was with God, and the Word was God Himself. He was present originally with God. All things were made and came into existence through Him; and without Him was not even one thing made that has come into being. *He came into the world, and though the world was made through Him, the world did not recognize Him [did not know Him]. *And the Word (Christ) became flesh and tabernacled (…) among us; and we [actually] saw His glory…

It is difficult to realize that when Jesus was on this earth, so many people did not know and value exactly who He was. For this reason, many people missed out on the glory and power of God that Jesus could have manifested in their lives. There was a time that Jesus went to Nazareth and the people there were offended at him because they felt he was just an ordinary carpenter whose parents and siblings were know to them. The Bible confirms that this familiarity resulted in Jesus not doing any mighty work there, other than to heal a few sick people. In fact, Jesus marveled at their unbelief (Mark 6:1-6). They did not know what they missed because of their ignorance of the glory of Jesus. There were other places that Jesus went and the Bible says multitudes came to him and he healed them all (Luke 6:19).

Though Jesus made all things that are in the world, when He came into the world, many people did not recognize Him and His glory. In their ignorance, they saw Him like every other man (2Cor.5:16). Thank God we are no more that ignorant. Now we know the truth and now we can see and acknowledge Jesus in His true glory. Nothing is impossible for Jesus as the Creator of all things. Jesus made everything that exists in the world today. Therefore, He can create anything that you desire or is missing in your life or situation. Jesus saw a man that was born blind and He spat on the ground, made clay with the spittle, put it on the man’s eyes and told the man to go and wash his eyes. The man came back seeing (John 9:1-7). Jesus did mighty works that made people marvel at His wisdom (Mark 6:2). Because you have the life of Christ in you, I see you experiencing and manifesting the wisdom and creative ability of Christ. Nothing shall be impossible for you.

Faith Declaration:
I acknowledge that Jesus is the creator of all things and today I experience the wisdom and creative power of Christ in my life.
