BE A STICKLER FOR THE WORD.

“But the word of the Lord endureth for ever. And this is the word which by the gospel is preached unto you.” 1 Peter 1:25 (KJV)Today, I come to encourage you to be a stickler for the Word of God.  If you learn to accept and stand on what God has said, it will change what is happening around you because the greatest power of God is His word. For instance, it was what God said in Genesis chapter 1 that brought the entire universe into existence. His Word has no margin of failure. What the word accomplished in the beginning can still be accomplished in your life today. You need to function with the understanding that it is the word of God that will prevail and manifest in your lifeAnother reason why you should be a stickler for the Word is that  everything we see in this physical world is headed for corruption and is subject to change. However, there is only one thing that remains constant and that is the Word of God. The Word is the same yesterday, today and tomorrow. It never changes. It is like an ancient landmark which the fathers have set. The Word is constant, and it means the same thing at all times. One Word from the Lord can make all the difference in your life. Every struggle comes to an end when you receive the proceeding Word. You know what others don’t know and that makes you stand out. You can only display this unusual wisdom that will put you ahead of the pack if you are properly grounded in the Word of God.So be a stickler for the Word. Continually feed your spirit man with the Word and it will produce for you. It is as you give the Word the place of priority in your life that fresh strategies, insights, ideas and concepts will become common place in your life.I declare that you will shock your detractors. All those coming to still see you on the floor will get to where they left you only to discover that you have moved on. Further Reading: Genesis 1:1-24; Isaiah 40:8; Psalm 119:89Daily Bible Reading: Morning- Proverbs 16-18; Evening- 2 Corinthians 6
