BE MORE CONSCIOUS OF CHRIST AND GOD’S HEALING POWER

Acts 3:6, Acts 14:8-10

…Peter said, Silver and gold have I none; but such as I have give I thee: In the name of Jesus Christ … rise up and walk. *And there sat a certain man … impotent in his feet, being a cripple from his mother’s womb… The same heard Paul speak: who stedfastly beholding him, and perceiving that he had faith to be healed, Said with a loud voice, Stand upright on thy feet. And he leaped and walked.

Matthew 10:1 says, “And when he had called unto him his twelve disciples, he gave them power against unclean spirits, to cast them out, and to heal all manner of sickness and all manner of disease.” Beloved, Jesus has given you power over all spirits of infirmity and all manner of sickness and disease. You need to be more conscious of this power when ministering healing to the sick. You must stop being conscious of how bad the condition is or how long it has persisted. Also stop seeing yourself trying to heal them. See them already healed by Jesus and see Jesus giving them their healing.

The more you are conscious of Christ and God’s healing power, the more the power of God will flow out of you. Jesus was so conscious of God’s healing power, that He knew when it flowed out to heal the woman with the issue of blood. Whenever Jesus was teaching, He knew God’s power was present to heal, and people experienced that power, (Luke 5:17-26). Peter became so conscious of Christ and God’s healing power that his shadow began to heal the sick, (Acts 5:15).

Because Paul was preaching the Gospel in our second text above, the crippled man had faith to be healed. Always help the sick to be conscious of God’s love for them and what Jesus has done for them.

Faith Declaration:
Jesus has given me power over all spirits of infirmity and all sickness and diseases. I am always conscious of this.
