BE ROOTED IN CHRIST

”As ye have therefore received Christ Jesus the Lord, so walk ye in him: Rooted and built up in him, and established in the faith, as ye have been taught, abounding therein with thanksgiving.” Colossians 2:6-7  KJV

Like never before, our position and relationship with the Lord must be clearly defined so that we will be able to withstand the vicissitudes of life. It should not be based on popular opinion and it might not be based on convenience. Our position in Christ has nothing to do with professional advice because we are talking about spiritual issues here. Many things are begging for our attention and that is why we see all kinds of very beautiful billboards today across the cities;  all begging for attention. The intention is so that you can make a decision based on what they advertise.

You will also agree with me that satanic activities are also on the increase in the world that we are living in. So now the responsibility lies on you to make up your mind to let your life be rooted and established on something immovable if you will overcome. Your life and everything about you; your personal life, your family life, financial life, and every aspect of your business must be founded on something immovable because the shakings are on and it is only Christ and His Kingdom that is immovable.

The shaking is all over the place and you can see it all over the place. It is not just peculiar to Nigeria!  It is all over the world and every system is being shaken. Everything that man has built is being shaken and so it is very important to understand that our Christian experience should not be merely a religious exercise or a ritual. It should enable us to access the provisions that God has made available to us as kingdom people. Our relationship with Christ should enable us to be able to still stand when the shakings are over; because after every shaking something will always remain. No matter what happens around you, always remember that you are in Christ and in Him, you are complete!  In Him, you are an overcomer! Stay rooted in Him and you shall go from glory unto glory.
