Born of the Spirit

Rhema for Living 14 May 2022 Devotional MESSAGE

TEXT: “The wind bloweth where it listeth, and thou heareth the sound thereof, but canst not tell whence it cometh, and whither it goes: so is every one that is born of the Spirit “. John 3 :8.

Before the statement of our text, Jesus said to Nicodemus, “…That which is born of the flesh is flesh; and that which is born of the Spirit is Spirit John 3 :6 – 7. In other words, when you are born again, you do not operate in the dimension of the flesh because you are now born of the Spirit and you are spirit.

Your nature now is that of the spirit which you are and the characteristics of the Spirit is that of the wind.

Characteristics Of The Wind.

1. The Wind is Unstoppable: As our anchor text rightly stated ‘the wind bloweth where it listeth…’ It cannot be stopped, trapped or stagnated.

As a child of God, your destiny ought o be on progressive movement from one realm of glory to another.

No power of hell should be able to stop you, because he that is born of Spirit operating as a higher spirit cannot be stopped. What are the goals that you have? Progress into them as a wind and no power of hell will be able to stamped your movement because you are controlled by the Spirit of God.

“For as many as are led by the Spirit, they are the sons of God” Rom. 8 :14.

2. The Wind Has A sound: “…Thou hearest the sound thereof…” Your sound is your address in the realm of the Spirit. Your sound is your voice, it enforces your dominion.

They hear your sound and obey you, not your sight. Scripture says, “Whatsoever shall say unto this mountain…” because the mountain response to the sound of he that is born of the Spirit.

I see you fulfilling destiny as a child of God.

PRAYER: My Father! My Father! As I begin to pray now, from this day I step out as the child of God that I am.
