Memorise: And as ye would that men should do to you, do ye also to them likewise. Luke 6:31

Read: 1 John 3:15

15 Whosoever hateth his brother is a murderer: and ye know that no murderer hath eternal life abiding in him.

Bible In One Year: Ecclesiastes 4-6, 2 Corinthians 10

MESSAGE:

A bully is someone who uses his strength or influence to hurt or intimidate a weaker person. A bully is really a coward. If you are really strong, why don’t you take on someone your own size? Some people use their tongue to bully others; when you intimidate or hurt someone with your words because you know that person cannot retaliate, you are a bully. Some are cyber bullies, posting intimidating comments about people on the internet. If you are a bully, you had better stopped it now.

I don’t like bullies at all because I was once bullied as a child. If you bully a person and you think that you have gotten away with it, you are deceiving yourself, Galatians 6:7-9 says you should not be deceived because you will reap what you have sown. Some adults are being bullied in their work places today because they bullied someone when they were teenagers, and believe me honestly, being bullied in the workplace is worse than being bullied as a child. If you have bullied anyone before, go and make restitution.

Prayer Point:

Father, take away any spirit of bullying from me in Jesus’ name

Hymn 13:

1 Is your life a channel of blessing?
Is the love of God flowing through you?
Are you telling the lost of the Savior?
Are you ready His service to do?

Chorus:
Make me a channel of blessing today,
Make me a channel of blessing, I pray;
My life possessing, my service blessing,
Make me a channel of blessing today.

2 Is your life a channel of blessing?
Are you burdened for those that are lost?
Have you urged upon those who are straying
The Savior who does on the cross

3 Is your life a channel of blessing?
Is it a daily telling for Him?
Have you spoken the word of salvation?
To those who are dying in sin?

4 We cannot be channels of blessing
If our lives are not free from sin;
We will barriers be and a hindrance
To those we are trying to win.
