Memorise: And call upon me in the day of trouble: I will deliver thee, and thou shalt glorify me. Psalms 50:15

Read: Psalms 91:14-16

  1. Because he hath set his love upon me, therefore will I deliver him: I will set him on high, because he hath known my name.
  2. He shall call upon me, and I will answer him: I will be with him in trouble; I will deliver him, and honour him.
  3. With long life will I satisfy him, and shew him my salvation.

Bible In One Year: Ezekiel 47-48; 1 John 1:1-10

MESSAGE:

There’s a popular saying that When life throws you lemons, you make lemonade. But there are some issues one might have that no man will be able to help him solve except God. For instance, if one is finding it difficult to assimilate whatever he or she reads, only God can turn such situation. So, what is that situation that seems so big and gives you sleepless nights? Do you know that there is nothing too big for God to do? Why not call on Him to help you? He created the world and everything in it. As the creator, He has the manual of all His creations, so He knows where and how to fix any problem. If you go before God genuinely and in humility, He will surely help you.

Now, the devil who is the architect of all bad things knows that God is compassionate about His children. He knows that if you cry to God today, God will show up. So, he and his demons will try to feed your mind with doubt and fear just so you don’t enjoy your rights as a child of God. I admonish you today not to be afraid. Just call on Him and He will answer. Remember that God is closest to you in your time of need.

Action Point:

Spend some minutes to ask God for help in the areas you need help right now.

Hymn 11: Is Your Life A Channel Of Blessing?

  1. Is your life a channel of blessing?
    Is the love of God
    flowing through you?
    Are you telling the lost of the Saviour?
    Are you ready His service to do?

CHORUS
Make me a channel of blessing today,
Make me a channel of blessing, I pray;
My life possessing, my service blessing,
Make me a channel of blessing today.

  1. Is your life a channel of blessing?
    Are you burdened for
    those that are lost?
    Have you urged upon
    those who are straying,
    The Saviour who died on the cross?
  2. Is your life a channel of blessing?
    Is it daily telling for Him?
    Have you spoken the word of salvation
    To those who are dying in sin?
  3. We cannot be channels of blessing
    If our lives are not free from all sins;
    We will barriers be and a hindrance
    To those we are trying to win.
