CHRIST IS THE SURE FOUNDATION

“Therefore thus saith the Lord God, behold, I lay in Zion for a foundation a stone, a tried stone, a precious corner stone, a sure foundation; he that believeth shall not make haste”. Isaiah 28:16 (KJV)

You cannot have God as your foundation and then fail in life. It is not possible! He is the Alpha and Omega. Some of us are fighting for what we are supposed to receive by birth. We are struggling when all you need to do is to receive. That thing that wants to kill you, the Master has already dealt with it at the foundation. Before it arrived, the Master was there already.

“Behold, I lay in Zion for a foundation…” In other words, you can put your life on it. A stone! And not just any stone, a tried stone, a precious cornerstone, and a sure foundation. That is where you are standing. How can you stand in Christ and fail? Your foundation is sure. Stop fretting! When the storm is over, you will be standing because your foundation is sure. I declare that the nations of the world will bow to you. The land of Nigeria will bow to you. West Africa will bow to you. Europe will bow to you. The United States of America will answer you.

You are not standing on a shaky foundation. Your foundation triumphed over death, hell and grave. What do you think gave Paul a holy audacity? Do you know what he said? “For I determined not to know anything among you, save Jesus Christ, and him crucified.” (1 Corinthians 2:2 KJV)

His death, burial, and resurrection were the source of Paul’s stability. And that made him stand out. The work that Christ did was completely complete and perfectly perfect. Stop running all over the place looking for prophets who will prophesy to you. If standing in the infallible, errorless, impregnable, and authoritative word of God has brought this Ministry thus far; then what are you looking for?  Stay on the sure foundation of the word of God and you cannot fail.
