DIVINE INTERVENTION VIA THE WORD OF GOD

Psalms 107:19-20 (NKJV), Hebrews 4:12 (NKJV)

Then they cried out to the Lord in their trouble, And He saved them out of their distresses. He sent His word and healed them,
And delivered them from their destruction. For the word of God is living and powerful, and sharper than any two-edged sword, piercing even to the division of soul and spirit, and of joints and marrow, and is a discerner of the thoughts and intents of the heart

When the children of Israel cried out to God concerning their troubles, God provided a solution for them by sending His word to them. As God’s word came to them, they received their healing and they experienced deliverance from everything that was trying to destroy their lives. Today, God still sends His word to us to save us, to heal us, to deliver us from evil and to intervene in the situations of our lives. As God’s word is coming to you, God’s Hand is prevailing and manifesting in your life and situation. God’s word is alive, active and powerful.

Mark 6:34 says, “And Jesus, when he came out, saw much people, and was moved with compassion toward them, because they were as sheep not having a shepherd: and he began to teach them many things.” Now, here is Matthew’s account of this same story – “And Jesus went forth, and saw a great multitude, and was moved with compassion toward them, and he healed their sick,” (Matt.14:14). As Jesus was teaching them, they were experiencing God’s healing power in their lives.

There are things you may have prayed to God about and He has answered you by sending His word to you. As you give yourself to listening and studying God’s word, you will experience God’s intervention, power and transformation in your life and situation.

Prayer:
Father, I thank you for your great saving power and intervention that I am experiencing as I receive your word.
