I love to read biographies, especially of presidents. (I’ve even met 3 presidents). At the end of a great biography, you feel like you really know the person; and although I know a lot about that person, I don’t really “know” them.  I only know things about them.

Most people treat Jesus the same way. They might know a lot ABOUT Jesus, but they don’t really KNOW Him personally. So, how do you go about getting to know Jesus personally?

1. God’s Word –Through God’s Word,  you can get to know Jesus. But it doesn’t end there. Scripture without faith is just knowing about Jesus.
2. Faith – Faith is key to believing what Scripture says is true.
3. Pray –Talking and listening to God allows you to grow in relationship with Him.
4. Attend a Christ-centered church – Church helps you know Jesus through worship, fellowship, and ministry.

When it comes to Jesus, do you really know Him or just know about Him? Knowing Jesus on a personal level makes all the difference.
