“For God hath not given us the spirit of fear; but of power, and of love, and of a sound mind”.2 Timothy 1:7 KJV
When harbinger of sad news came to the Jairus in the book of Mark 5:36, Jesus said to him: “Be not afraid, only believe! That same Word is coming to you today. Fear not! You did not receive the spirit of fear but of power, of love and of a sound mind. You have an astute, sharp and sagacious mind. You have a creative mind. This is what you have in Christ. Who told you that you are a dullard? Who told you that you cannot make it? Who lied to you that you cannot succeed? Beloved, you are in Christ and you have the mind of Christ. Hear what the book of Psalm 125: 1-2 says: They that trust in the Lord shall be as mount Zion, which cannot be removed but abideth forever. As the mountains are round about Jerusalem, so the Lord is round about his people from henceforth even forever. (Psalm 125:1, 2 KJV).

You see that! For the believer, there is no room for fear because God is round about you. You are inside the fortress. No one can penetrate into God’s fortress. Therefore, you are untouchable! No weapon formed against you shall prosper. Have they risen against you in your job? Fear not! It shall not prosper! We have the assurance in God’s Word! Evil shall bow before the good; and the wicked at the gates of the righteous. (Proverbs 14:19 KJV). This is your birthright in Christ!  Expect it! Let this be in your mind that things will fall out for your good.
Stop being afraid about what you will eat tomorrow. “…God shall supply all your need according to his riches in glory by Christ Jesus” (Philippians 4:19 KJV) He takes care of the birds in the air; He will take care of you. He has your back covered! Your past, present and future are well covered. You cannot be stranded! The Holy Spirit will guide you and order your steps.
