DON’T LET THE DEVIL LIE TO YOU

“Now the serpent was more subtle than any beast of the field which the LORD God had made. And he said unto the woman, Yea, hath God said, Ye shall not eat of every tree of the garden?” Genesis 3:1 KJVEnough of Satan’s lie to God’s people. You have been raised to reveal the glory of God. Hear what the bible says about you: “But ye are a chosen generation, a royal priesthood, an holy nation, a peculiar people; that ye should shew forth the praises of him who hath called you out of darkness into his marvellous light: …”.(1Peter 2:9-10 KJV)Don’t you know that the same thing that Satan did to Adam is what he tries to do to the believer? Adam was made in the image of God. Then “…God blessed them, and God said unto them, be fruitful, and multiply, and replenish the earth, and subdue it: and have dominion ….  over every living thing that moveth upon the earth”. (Genesis 1:28 KJV)Adam was made like God! God planted a garden for Adam. A garden is a beautiful place. It is a place where you can rest. God planted him there and he said, you take care of it. Here comes the devil; and guess what he said? Has God said? In other words, I know what God said but do you believe it? Are you standing on the word or you are oscillating? If Adam had said get out of this place, the devil will have no choice but to leave. He would have known that Adam had zero tolerance for doubt. But rather than send him packing, Eve listened to him and the rest is history. What is happening today is that the devil has created doubt in the mind of believers. Do you know what you do when you tolerate such things?  You are saying that God is a liar. God knows you! He knows what you are capable of doing.  He knows that you will make mistakes and yet He calls you beloved. So don’t let the accuser of the Brethren jump on your shoulder because of your mistakes.
