Don’t Lose Your Throne

BIBLE READING: 1 Kings 19-20
TEXT: “And hast made us unto our God kings and priests: and we shall reign on the
earth.” Revelation 5 :10.

MESSAGE
We are kings and priest unto God and we shall reign on the earth. (REV. 5 :10). Meaning, we all have our thrones and scope of influence but our timing may differ according to divine plan. So knowing fully we’ll that everyone is destined to reign in His time, why
witch hurt another king on his throne? Why fight a fellow king of your kingdom to stop his reing? Why envy another when your reign is sure? The moment Saul started hunting for David due to envy, he lost his throne. He had long lost it before he physically left it. At a slightest information about David, he leaves a wellfurnished palace, a seat of authority, going to and from like the devil, sleeping in caves instead of his comfortable bed, combing bushes, entering into priest chambers just to get David. So he was no more in charge but David was. Instead of being in control, David was indirectly in control, because he determines what Saul does. What a shame!. Haman lost his seat the very moment he decided to focus on undoing Mordecai. Tell me how can the bowing down of a gateman make a second in command lose his sleep, running hecter sketer devising how to wipe out the entire Jews, the people of Mordecai?. No wonder at the end of the day, the seat he had earlier lost due to his stupid drive was given to Mordecai when his plan backfired on him.

Child of God, never you plot against another believer because you envy him or feel threatened by his presence. The sky is wide enough for everyone to fly at the same time. God destined greatness for all, just do what He requires of you and you are sure to reign.
Absalom ended God’s plan for him by stepping out before his time. Adonijah also stopped his. You will not lose your throne.

PRAYER: My Father! My Father! As I begin to pray, no force will make me lose my
throne….
