MESSAGE
Food is meant to keep us alive, however, what some teenagers eat are so dangerous that they are actually poisons. There are many reports of teenagers having high blood pressure, diabetes and cancer these days. This is because of the high consumption of canned and unhealthy foods. Some teenagers hardly drink water, they prefer carbonated drinks that are poisonous to their body. They hardly eat vegetables, they prefer noodles and fried foods that are injurious to the health. I implore you to stop eating to die from today and start eating to live. From our Bible reading for today, we see what God has provided for us to eat. Start eating fruits and vegetables. Drink less of carbonated drinks and more of water. You are what you eat. If you eat healthy, you will be healthy and all these illnesses and diseases will not be able to stay in your body. The quality of nutrients you consume will also have an effect on all parts of your body.
You will be stronger and agile if you eat healthy foods than when you eat junks. Wish. This means that you can perform better in sporting activities than you used to. Also, your brain works better when it is fed with healthy foods. That means that you will have better grades in school. Don’t let the sweetness of junks deceive you into killing yourself. Eat fruits and vegetables to have a better life.
Key Point:
Always eat fruits and vegetables.
Hymn: When We Walk With The Lord
- When we walk with the Lord
In the light of His Word,
What a glory He sheds on our way,
While we do His good will,
He abides with us still,
And with all who will trust and obey.
Chorus:
Trust and obey,
For there’s no other way
To be happy in Jesus,
But to trust and obey.
- Not a shadow can rise,
Not a cloud in the skies,
But His smile quickly drives it away,
Not a doubt or a fear,
Not a sigh or a tear,
Can abide while we trust and obey. - Not a burden we bear,
Not a sorrow we share,
But our toil He doth richly repay,
Not a grief nor a loss,
Not a frown nor a cross,
But is blest if we trust and obey. - But we never can prove
The delights of His love,
Until all on the altar we lay,
For the favour He shows,
And the joy He bestows,
Are for them who will trust and obey. - Then in fellowship sweet
We will sit at His feet,
Or we’ll walk by His side in the way,
What He says we will do,
Where He sends, we will go,
Never fear, only trust and obey.
