Express the Life of God’s Kingdom
Isaiah 60:1-3 (NKJV), Romans 14:17-18 (TPT)
Arise, shine; For your light has come! And the glory of the LORD is risen upon you. For behold, the darkness shall cover the earth, And deep darkness the people; But the LORD will arise over you, And His glory will be seen upon you. … *For the kingdom of God is not a matter of rules about food and drink, but is in the realm of the Holy Spirit, filled with righteousness, peace, and joy. Serving the Anointed One by walking in these kingdom realities pleases God and earns the respect of others.
We must always remember that we are living as lights in a world full of darkness. The Bible clearly refers to the devil as the god of this world (1Cor.4:4) and the prince of this world (John 14:30). God’s Word declare, “We are sure that God’s children do not keep on sinning. God’s own Son protects them, and the devil cannot harm them. We are certain that we come from God and that the rest of the world is under the power of the devil,” 1 John 5:18-19 (CEV). While the world is in the influence of the devil, we are under the influence of Christ and the Spirit of God. We are different. We belong to a different kingdom and we have a different set of realities.

We are the light to this dark world and we shine brightly in the midst of it. We are not hopeless like the world. We carry the hope of the world. The hope is the life and power of Jesus that we have in us. We are in this present world to shine as Jesus in order to bring others out of darkness and into the marvellous light of Jesus. We are Ambassadors of Christ and citizens of the kingdom of God and God wants everyone around us to see the light and life of Christ and His kingdom in us. God does not want us to join the people of the world to live in sin or to complain about things. He wants us to shine in the midst of the darkness and hopelessness around us. He wants us to show those around us how things exist in our kingdom. This is why He has given us His Spirit to help us understand and manifest the life and realities of His kingdom. Stop falling and staying down like the people of the world. Arise and shine the life and light of God’s Kingdom. Grow in your consciousness of the life of God in you and manifest it. Be more conscious of the Holy Spirit’s help and yield to Him.
Faith Declaration:
My life is full of the life and the light of God’s Kingdom. I am different from the word and I shine brightly and give hope to others.
