GOD HAS CALLED YOU TO A LIFE OF GLORY

2 Thessalonians 2:13-15 (LB) But we must forever give thanks to God for you, our brothers loved by the Lord, because God chose from the very first to give you salvation, cleansing you by the work of the Holy Spirit and by your trusting in the Truth. Through us he told you the Good News. Through us he called you to share in the glory of our Lord Jesus Christ. With all these things in mind, dear brothers, stand firm and keep a strong grip on the truth that we taught you in our letters and during the time we were with you.

God has not called you to a life of shame, pain, sorrow and defeat. God has called you to a life of glory. 1Peter 5:10 says God has called us to His eternal glory and 2Peter 1:3 says God has called us to a life of glory and virtue. In the mouth of two or three witnesses, the truth is established (2Cor.13:1). By simply believing the gospel of Christ and becoming a child of God, you have answered the call to experience a life of glory. Abraham believed what God was calling him and he experienced the manifestation of it in his life. As you believe God, you are going to have a glorious life because that is what He says about you.

Because of Adam’s sin, we all fell short of God’s glory (Rom.3:23) and that is why Christ came to raise us back into a life of glory, (Heb.2:10). Christ in you is the hope of glory (Col.1:27); both in this life and in eternity. In Christ, God has raised you up to the realm of glory. You are no more in Adam. You are now in Christ and your life is now destined to be just like Christ in every way, (Rom.8:29).

The devil, your past, your background or what people say about you cannot stop the glory of God from radiating through your life. The glory of God in your life is unstoppable. Just as Nathaniel asked if anything good could come out of Nazareth and Philip told him to come and see (John 1:46), people will be amazed at the great and unbelievable things that will come out of your life. The wisdom of God that will manifest from your life will baffle the world. You will change the narrative. Your light will so shine before men that they will see your good works and glorify your Father in Heaven, (Matt.5:16).

Faith Declaration:
The glory of Christ is the foundation and experience of my life. The glory of Christ is my reality. My life radiates the glory of Christ.
