GOD IS AT WORK

‘’And they that went in, went in male and female of all flesh, as God had commanded him: and the LORD shut him in.’’ Genesis 7:16 KJV

When Noah, his family and all the animals and birds had gone into the ark, God shut the door of the ark. The God that we serve opens and no one shuts; when He shuts, no one opens. Sometimes, He shuts the door and you are trying to force it open, but He shut it for your own good. You think that it is the devil. No! God shut it to preserve you from problem.

Someone comes and says, ‘’I don’t want you again’’ and you want to commit suicide. Stop it! Don’t you know that the man does not deserve you? God shut that door because He has better plans for your life. Don’t let somebody blackmail you into doing the wrong thing. At times, God will shut you in like a cocoon and you cannot move around. Many times, God does some great work while you are shut in.  So, when it looks like nothing is working, just stay there and trust Him. He knows what He is doing. Job said: “If a man die, shall he live again? all the days of my appointed time will I wait, till my change come” (Job 14:14 KJV).

When things don’t seem to work, wait for Him. He is working behind the scene. Something is happening! He is preparing you! Let the process complete. You are going to reap the harvest. Your miracle will come to you. It rained for forty days and the ark was lifted above the flood. Noah and all who went into the ark with him were preserved.
I declare concerning you that what killed others will not kill you. How can you die when Christ is in you? The God that you serve will preserve you from all evil and pestilence. “A thousand shall fall at thy side, and ten thousand at thy right hand; but it shall not come nigh thee”             (Psalm 91:7 KJV).
