GOD IS STILL IN CHARGE

“Heaven and earth shall pass away: but my words shall not pass away.”

Mark 13:31 (KJV)

In today’s world, we have a lot of manipulations going on. However, I am old enough to know that all that glitters are not gold. That is why one of the things we keep emphasizing in this ministry is the integrity of the Word of God. The Word of God does not need your defence. It doesn’t need anything. It is simply the Word of God. He who spoke the Word should be allowed to perform what He said.

We have seen a lot of additions all over the place. The Bible says in Matthew 24:5-6 “For many shall come in my name, saying, I am Christ; and shall deceive many. And ye shall hear of wars and rumours of wars: see that ye be not troubled: for all these things must come to pass, but the end is not yet” (KJV). All these things will be happening, but it is still not the end yet. Then it says in verse 7, “For nation shall rise against nation, and kingdom against kingdom; and there shall be famines, and pestilences, and earthquakes, in divers places” (KJV).

We are seeing that already. Tsunamis, earthquakes and all kinds of natural disasters are occurring in different continents of the world. Some time ago, there was a major flood in Lagos, Nigeria and some of the houses in a particular area were submerged. Natural disasters are here.

The book of Matthew 24:8-9 already predicted that such things will happen in divers places, “All these are the beginning of sorrows. Then shall they deliver you up to be afflicted and shall kill you: and ye shall be hated of all nations for my name’s sake.” (KJV). In other words, you are going to face temptations as a believer, and we are seeing that already. We are seeing the bombings and killings all over the place. God is still in charge. He is still the Almighty. Regardless of whatever you are facing right now, God will come through for you. His Word will never fail.
