GOD WANTS HIS KINGDOM TO TAKE OVER (1)

Daniel 2:34-35 (CEV)

… a stone was cut from a mountain—but not by human hands. The stone struck the feet, completely shattering the iron and clay. Then the iron, the clay, the bronze, the silver, and the gold were crushed and blown away without a trace, like husks of wheat at threshing time. But the stone became a tremendous mountain that covered the entire earth. 

God revealed His divine plan through King Nebuchadnezzar’s dream. As Daniel revealed to the king, God’s divine plan is that His kingdom will come, dominate every other kingdom and then fill the earth, (Dan.2:44). This is why Jesus came, (Mark 1:14-15). The kingdom of God is the rule and reign of God. It is the realm in which God operates and dominates. Wherever the will of God is prevailing the kingdom of God is there. God’s kingdom comes as His will is being done on earth as it is in Heaven, (Matt.6:10). God wants His kingdom to dominate and fill the earth through you and me. God’s kingdom dominates in our lives and through us God’s kingdom dominates and fills the earth.

By our faith in Jesus we have received the kingdom of God into our lives, (Luke 17:21). Our realities have changed. We are now empowered to experience the rule and reign of God and His will in every area of our lives. We now live and function in the realm that God operates. God’s kingdom is filling and taking over our lives. God is at work in us by His Spirit making us willing and able to do His will, (Phil.2:13). God is also making all things in and around us to conform to His will, (Eph.1:11). Our duty is to believe in what God is doing in our lives and yield ourselves to Him. This is why Jesus said we must receive the kingdom of God like a little child, (Mark 10:15).

Prayer:
Father, I thank you that your kingdom is dominating my life. I yield myself to you. Have your way in me and through me.
