GRACE TO HOLD ON TILL THE END
Hebrews 3:14 (NLT), Hebrews 6:11-12 (NIV)
For if we are faithful to the end, trusting God just as firmly as when we first believed, we will share in all that belongs to Christ. *We want each of you to show this same diligence to the very end, so that what you hope for may be fully realized. We do not want you to become lazy, but to imitate those who through faith and patience inherit what has been promised.
God wants you to trust Him, obey Him, endure and keep doing what is right unto the very end, because there are great harvests and rewards ahead of you, (Gal.6:9). God does not want you to miss out on your great rewards and harvests for any reason. The end of a thing is better than its beginning, (Eccl.7:8). It is when we refuse to faint or give up that we will reap our harvest and rewards. Jesus said, “Everyone shall hate you because you belong to me. But all of you who endure to the end shall be saved,” (Matt. 10:22, LB). Don’t allow anything or anyone to discourage you. Jesus is coming quickly and His reward is in His hands to give to every one of us according to our works, (Rev.22:12).

Keep looking unto Jesus. Fix your eyes on the joy that is set before you. Endure the cross, despise the shame just like Jesus did, (Heb.12:2). You will not always experience the encouragement you expect and things may not always go as you plan. The road will not be easy and the work will not be small, but God’s abundant grace will be sufficient for you. It is through much tribulation we will enter the kingdom of God, (Acts 14:22). “Therefore, my dear brothers and sisters, stand firm. Let nothing move you. Always give yourselves fully to the work of the Lord, because you know that your labor in the Lord is not in vain”, (1 Cor.15:58, NIV).
Prayer:
Father, please help me to keep my eyes on you and on the great rewards and harvest ahead of me. Help me remain faithful.
