“Greater love hath no man than this, that a man lay down his life for his friends.” – John 15:13
John 3:16 offers love from the greatest person ever to show love. This offer of love comes from Almighty God Himself. Many people have mistakenly responded to the love of evil men only to experience pain instead of the joy they thought they would have. How could you reject the love that comes from your Maker, and the Creator of the universe? Women are so excited at the prospect of becoming the object of love and attention of an important person. So many women would like to marry presidents, millionaires, chiefs and even pastors. Dear friend, none of these can compare to the love of Almighty God Himself. All through the Bible, the Scripture teaches about how great our God is. It is this great God who offers you His love.
“Bless the LORD, O my soul. O LORD my God, thou art very great; thou art clothed with honour and majesty” (Psalm 104:1).
“Thy way, O God, is in the sanctuary: who is so great a God as our God?” (Psalm 77:13).
“For I know that the LORD is great, and that our Lord is above all gods” (Psalm 135:5).
“For from the rising of the sun even unto the going down of the same my name shall be great among the Gentiles; and in every place incense shall be offered unto my name, and a pure offering: for my name shall be great among the heathen, saith the LORD of hosts” (Malachi 1:11).
