Grow in Christ Consciousness

Galatians 2:20 I am crucified with Christ nevertheless I live; yet not I, but Christ Liveth in me: and the life which I now live in the flesh I live by the faith of the son of God, how loved me, and gave himself for me.

Philippians 4:13 I can do all things through Christ which strengthens me.

1 John 4:17 (NLT) And as we live in God, our love grows more perfect, so we will not be afraid on the day of judgement, but we can face him with confidence because we live like Jesus here in this world!

John 20:21 (NIV) Again, Jesus said, “Peace be with you! As the Father has sent me, I am sending you.”

Our destiny is to be exactly like Jesus in every single way (Rom. 8:29, Eph. 4:15). He is the head and we are the body. God wants the fullness of Christ to develop and be expressed in our lives. Ephesians 4:11-13 (NIV) says, “so Christ himself gave the Apostles, the prophets, the evangelists, the pastors and teachers, to equip his people for works of service, so that the body of Christ may be built up until we all reach unity in the faith and in the knowledge of the son of God and become mature, attaining to the whole measure of the fullness of Christ.

The more we become like Christ the less we will be prone to deceptions of all kinds, Eph. 4:14. The more we become like Christ, the more we will perform like Him (John 14:12), the more we will experience and manifest the life and power of God and the more we will excel and prosper just like Him, (Eph. 2:10). The Bible says that people marveled at the wisdom and words of Jesus (Mark 6:2) and the Bible says that did all things well, (Mark 7:37). We have put on Christ because we have been baptized into Him (Gal. 3:27) but God wants us to put on Christ (Rom. 13:14) by renewing our minds with the revelation that we are one with Him and we are just like Him, (Col. 3:10). Because you are a joint heir with Christ (Rom. 8:17), you have access to all of God’s inheritance just like Him. You can do what He can do and you have His authority, (John 16:23-27). See yourself in Christ. As you study the scripture, do not just see Christ touching you. See yourself in Him and as Him; touching others. As you keep your focus on Christ, the Holy Spirit will continue to transform you into more of Christ from glory to glory, 2 Cor. 3:18. To focus on Christ, you must let the revelation of Christ dwell in you richly, Col. 3:16.
