Man’s level of preparation determines his levels of usefulness.

Leaders don’t occur, they emerge through a process of preparation.

Our preparation is more important to God than our desires. He believes in our preparation than in our prayer.

Pray to God to be used. But much more important prepare yourself to be used.

The price list of preparations includes:

1. Discipline
2. Elasticity
3. Study
4. Humility
5. Sacrifices
6. Dedication
7. Diligence
8. Willingness

It is those who are willing to stretch beyond others that will emerge as leaders.
