HOW TO TAKE HOLD OF YOUR SPIRITUAL REALITIES

ROMAN’S 10:16-17 (KJV & GNB), JOEL 3:10b

But they have not all obeyed the gospel. For Esaias saith, Lord, who hath believed our report? So then faith cometh by hearing, and hearing by the word of God. *But not all have accepted the Good News. Isaiah himself said, “Lord, who believed our message?” So then, faith comes from hearing the message, and the message comes through preaching Christ. *… let the weak say, I am strong.

Your spiritual realities are the things God has done for you in Christ. If you want to experience the will, power, blessings and glory of God in your life, you must accept and declare what God has done for you in Christ as your reality; no matter what you may be feeling, facing or experiencing physically. When you got born again by putting your faith in Jesus and receiving the life of God, nothing changed in your physical body, but everything changed in your spirit. You became a new creature, (2 Cor.5:16-17). All of your realities changed and you became a son of God, (John 1:12). There will be times you will not feel like you’re a child of God, but 1 John 2:1-2 says even though it does not look like it, we are the sons of God right now and when Jesus returns we shall be like Him for we shall see Him as He is.

God is not a man that He should lie, (Num.23:19). It may sound too good to be true, but accept what God has said about you as your reality. As you hold on to it by declaring it, you will experience the full manifestation of it in every area of your life. Change your perspective of your life. Do not say or accept what any man or situation says about you. Agree with God and say what God is saying about you. Everything else is temporal. It can change and will pass away. It is only the word of God that abides forever, (1 John 2:17, 2 Cor.4:18).
