“But when He, the Spirit of truth comes, He will guide you into all the truth…” – JOHN 16:1300:0001:15
I have four amazing words for you: born, baptized, indwelt and sealed. When you come to faith in Christ, that is what the Holy Spirit does in your life. First, you are immediately born by the Spirit into the family of God. Instantaneously, you are baptized by the Spirit to be in the body of Christ, His church. At the same time, the Spirit comes to indwell you. And – again at the same time -you are sealed by the Spirit.

Isn’t that incredible? The minute you receive Christ you are a new creation and you begin to experience your new life in Him. You are born in the Spirit, baptized in the Spirit, indwelt by the Spirit and sealed in the Spirit. What blessings are ours today – and what an inheritance we will enjoy!
