IT IS GOOD TO GIVE THANKS

“It is a good thing to give thanks unto the Lord, and to sing praises unto thy name, O most High: To shew forth thy lovingkindness in the morning, and thy faithfulness every night.” Psalm 92:1-2   KJVWhen you feed on the love of God, you will walk in power. We didn’t love Him first; No, He first loved us and gave His Son to pay the ultimate price for our salvation. You want to see the love of God? Look at the cross! What He did on our behalf cannot be quantified. When you begin to leverage and think of the goodness of this God, there is no way you can quantify the wonders that come out of it.  So, it is good to give thanks to the Lord.Thanksgiving doesn’t come solo. It comes with giving. It comes with praises and it comes with adoration. There is no way you can be worshipping this God that you won’t want to do something for Him because He first did it for us.Out of the billions of people in the world, God remembered you and saved you. Have you ever sat down one day to begin to ask yourself what would have happened if you had died without Jesus? Think of it! There are many who are dead without Jesus. And there are some who are dying now without Jesus. With all you know now that there is a heaven to gain and hell to shun. Do you think it is you who decided to be saved, No! It is not just you. Your steps were ordered to that place where someone witnessed to you, and you opened your heart to receive Him. Probably, you have been hearing about Jesus for many years and you never listened but that very day something happened to you. Think of it! You could have died and gone to hell before you encountered Jesus. We must constantly show gratitude for our salvation. Never ever take it for granted. Jesus died that you may live. Hallelujah!!! Further Reading: Psalm 106:1; 107:1; 118:1-2Daily Bible Reading: Morning- Ezekiel 40-41; Evening- 2 Peter 3
