JUST CALL HIM DADDY

“For ye have not received the spirit of bondage again to fear; but ye have received the Spirit of adoption, whereby we cry, Abba Father.” Romans 8:15 (KJV)God desires to have an intimacy with His children. But the enemy does not want you to have that sense of intimacy with God. He does not want you to say ABBA FATHER. Romans 8:15, says “We have not received the spirit of bondage again to fear…” You are not under bondage. You have been set free. Now, you can come boldly to the throne of grace and obtain mercy from God. Just call Him Daddy. Anyone who cannot call Him Daddy is still under bondage. When some Christians are called up to pray in public, they want to make it sound ecclesiastical and very religious. They say things like, Almighty God! God, we love you! God, you are so wonderful. They sound so religious. And God will be wondering, what are you doing? You are not talking to me as a son. Do you know you can be walking on the street and be talking to God like Adam did in the garden? Maybe there is a situation you don’t understand; you can approach Him for clarification.Don’t limit your prayers to only the time when you kneel down. I am not saying it is wrong to kneel down to pray. But you can talk to your Daddy even on the dining table. He is not afar off like religion makes us think He is. Don’t make Him look like a monster. We have not received the spirit of bondage again to fear. Stop being afraid of your Father; Daddy loves you. He loves you the way you are. You might be saying, but Brother Mike, I messed up. I know but He still loves you. The bible says that we do not have a high Priest that cannot be touched with the feeling of our infirmities; He was in all points tempted but without sin. Therefore, you can come boldly to the throne of Grace. Don’t try to fix it before you come. Let Him fix it.Further Reading: Hebrews 4:12-16, 2 Timothy 1:6-14Daily Bible Reading: Morning- Psalms 126-128; Evening- 1 Corinthians 10:19-33
